Automatic Swing Gates
We offer a wide variety of automatic swing gates for both residential and commercial use. From prefabricated aluminum swing gates that will never rust, to chain link, metal, and custom wood gates.
Our team can make just about any existing gate automatic, so forget the hassle of getting in and out of your car to manually operate your gate, instead, get an automation system and do it at a click of a button!
What is required?
Our automatic gate systems are powered by a transformer that must be plugged into a working outlet at all times. We highly recommend that you have a licensed electrician install an outdoor/weatherproof outlet right next to the gate for optimal performance. However, an existing outlet within 1,000 ft of the gate could potentially work. A few things to keep in mind though going this route is that the outlet will no longer be usable for other purposes as the transformer must remain plugged in at all times, and also the farther away the outlet, means more wire and labor in order to connect the transformer to the battery.
How the system works?
We provide you with a control panel, the transformer mentioned above, a battery and of course the two swing arm operators. The swing arm operators are wired to the control panel, and the control panel is powered by the battery. The battery is kept charged by a low voltage wire that is run underground to the transformer that is plugged in Essentially the transformer acts as an alternator for the battery, keeping it charged.
Automatic Gate Accessories
Keypad/Remotes
All of our automatic gate systems come with two free remotes, but we can order additional remotes for you at any point in time. These remotes are programmed to your specific control panel for enhanced security.
A keypad option is available for customers who have frequent traffic and do not feel like buying or giving out remotes. We have everything from simple keypads that allow you to program/delete a few codes, to more advanced options that program hundreds of codes and have an optional key card access point.
Exit Wand
Entering your gate requires a keypad or remote for security, but your exit could be simple and touchless. We offer an exit wand that is buried next to your drive to achieve this. How it works is the wand senses your cars movement towards the gate and automatically opens it. A timer is set on the control panel to determine long until the gate will close behind you. We highly recommend this option, especially for frequent use.
Wi-Fi Capabilities
There is an optional wireless connectivity system available that we can help you set up to allow you to do more with your gate by using the wireless router you already have. As long as your router is within 1/2 mile of your gate, you will be able to use your phone to check in on your gate, receive notifications when the gate is being used, and even control your gate.
